Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of move2doorremovalist.com.au and provide general terms for enquiries and services offered by Move2Door Removalists. Any written quote, booking confirmation or service agreement supplied to you forms part of the agreement and will prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.

Website information

Website content is general information only. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate, but prices, availability, routes, travel times and service details may change. Submitting an enquiry does not create a confirmed booking.

Quotes and bookings

Quotes are based on information you provide, including locations, dates, access, inventory, volume, distance and requested services. A booking is confirmed only when accepted by us and any stated requirements are completed. Additional charges may apply where actual work, access, waiting time, inventory or circumstances differ from the information supplied.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, ensure lawful and safe access, identify fragile, valuable, dangerous or restricted items, pack items appropriately unless packing is included, and be available or appoint an authorised representative at collection and delivery. You must not request transport of unlawful, hazardous or prohibited items.

Changes, delays and cancellations

Tell us promptly if booking details change. Rescheduling, cancellation, waiting-time or other charges apply only where stated in your written quote or booking confirmation and subject to applicable law. Traffic, weather, access restrictions, mechanical issues and events outside reasonable control may affect timing. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material delays.

Third-party services

Where a booking involves third-party transport, storage, parking, toll, ferry or other providers, their terms may also apply. We remain responsible for obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Loss, damage and complaints

Inspect goods as soon as reasonably possible and notify us promptly of concerns with relevant details and evidence. Any insurance or liability arrangements depend on the written documents provided for your booking. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

Website use and intellectual property

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation, or use content unlawfully. Website material, branding and original content are owned by or licensed to Move2Door Removalists and may not be reproduced without permission except as permitted by law.

Links and privacy

Third-party links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. Use of third-party websites is subject to their terms. Our handling of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts with jurisdiction in New South Wales may hear disputes, subject to any mandatory rights available to you.
